Our Story
Meadowbrook Elementary School opened its doors in service to the South Augusta community in 1978. Nestled in the Meadowbrook housing subdivision, Meadowbrook Elementary School prides itself on engaging, educating, and empowering students and stakeholders to reach their full potential through the development of meaningful relationships with families and the delivery of expert quality instruction each day. Meadowbrook Elementary School serves 461 students ranging from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade.The school hours are as follows: 8:20 to 3:10

College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) is Georgia’s statewide accountability system. The CCRPI assesses how well students are prepared for college and careers, and ensures that schools are focused on improving achievement among all students. The index measures student achievement on indicators such as content mastery, student growth on progress, subgroup performance on closing gaps, and various areas including Lexile performance, attendance, and other academic based measurements. Schools earn CCRPI points based on indicators that vary by grade and school level and align with measures of college- and career-readiness. Each individual component score is on a scale of 0-100.
